These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dudh Amrit mobile application and website. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these legally binding Terms.

1. Service Description

Dudh Amrit provides a digital platform for:

• Fresh milk and dairy product subscriptions.
• Daily doorstep delivery services.
• Real-time online order and subscription management.

2. User Account

• Users must create an account using a valid mobile number or email address.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be involved in misuse or fraudulent activity.

3. Orders & Subscriptions

• Recurring Nature: All subscriptions are daily-based and recurring until paused or cancelled.
• Flexibility: Users may pause, resume, or modify order quantities through the app/website.
• Non-Refundable: Orders once delivered are strictly non-refundable due to the perishable nature of the products.
• Accuracy: Missed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address or user unavailability are not the responsibility of Dudh Amrit.

• Cancellations apply only to future scheduled deliveries.
• No refunds will be issued for products that have already been dispatched or delivered.
• Promotional offers and discounts are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Delivery Policy

We strive for punctuality; however, delivery timings are approximate. Dudh Amrit is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, traffic congestion, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure).

7. User Responsibilities

By using this Service, you agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our servers or backend systems.
• Engage in abusive behavior toward our delivery partners or support staff.

8. Limitation of Liability

Use of the Service is at your own risk. Dudh Amrit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, service interruptions, or failures of third-party services (e.g., payment gateways).

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall lie exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttarakhand, India.
